3.3µH SMD flat-wire design for demanding power stages
LF-PQ2618-3R3-74A is an engineering-led IKP design for industrial power, energy storage, charging and high-current DC/DC. The current definitions and validation status stay visible so your team can compare the part without confusing thermal and saturation ratings.
48A is the thermal-current target under the stated temperature-rise method. 74A is the Isat30 target, where inductance reduction is evaluated at 25°C. Neither value should be transferred to a new cooling, waveform or ambient condition without validation.

MEASURED ENGINEERING EVIDENCE
Pulsed L-I response remains near 3µH at 74A
A DPG10 pulse test dated 5 December 2024 recorded 3.00µH at 74A and 2.24µH at 80A. This is useful design evidence, not a production certificate; final qualification uses the agreed sample and test plan.
High-current DC/DC stages, output filtering and power modules where copper loss and saturation margin need to be reviewed together.
