1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern use of this website, its product library, selection and comparison tools, file-review functions and enquiry channels. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. A signed supply, confidentiality, development or purchase agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Engineering information
Website results, product matches, cross-references, calculators and AI-assisted extraction are preliminary engineering aids, not a final design approval, safety assessment, certification or guarantee of interchangeability. Values may depend on test method, waveform, temperature, frequency, mounting and other conditions. Confirm the current IKP drawing, specification, samples and application conditions with IKP engineering before procurement or production use.
3. Permitted use
You may use the public site for legitimate business evaluation and project enquiries. You must not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access or rate controls, submit malware, impersonate another person, scrape at scale, use the site to train an unrelated dataset, or infringe law or third-party rights. We may restrict abusive or insecure activity.
4. Uploaded and submitted materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant IKP and its service providers a limited right to store, process, extract, review and communicate those materials only to provide the requested service, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you may lawfully submit the materials and that doing so does not violate a confidentiality duty, export restriction or third-party right. Do not upload classified information, credentials or personal data that is not necessary for the enquiry.
5. IKP and third-party content
The site design, IKP marks, original text, software and IKP product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited viewing and internal evaluation do not transfer ownership. Third-party names, part numbers, specifications and links remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for reference; their appearance does not imply endorsement, authorization or a guaranteed replacement.
6. Quotations, samples and orders
An online enquiry is not an accepted order. Price, currency, MOQ, tooling, lead time, capacity, specifications, certification scope, payment, delivery and warranty are binding only when stated in an authorized quotation, order acknowledgement or signed agreement. Samples are for evaluation under the agreed conditions and do not by themselves approve production use.
7. Availability and external services
We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw site content and functions. External links and providers are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an external service solely because the site links to it.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. IKP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary website output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits obligations expressly accepted in a signed agreement.
9. Governing law and changes
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without applying conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts where IKP is established. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply to later use.
